There are a series of copies for the Income Tax Return for the Village of Tuscarawas.  There are three copies: a yellow, a pink, and a white.  The yellow and pink copy are front and back, so to make it easier to print, they are each separate copies.  This brings us to five sheets you need to print.

Yellow Copy
1) Print this page first. -- Page 1
2) Print this page second. -- Page 2

Pink Copy
3) Print this page third. -- Page 3
4) Print this page fourth. -- Page 4

White Copy
5) Print this page fifth. -- Page 5
